The guide is refreshed during “Scheduled Tasks”, if you disable these or let your NAS go to sleep it won’t ever refresh automatically.

I disabled all the sleep settings in the Synology. The Plex schedule tasks are also enabled. I waited and as of this AM I have zero guide data. Is there a log I can review before/after manually refreshing the guide data?

Thanks a ton. It’s on a Synology NAS, so my understanding is it’s in Docker container. (And if you’re curious, I use the latest version from Plex, not the one from Synology). The box is checked, I’ve tried the uncheck and recheck already, but I’m happy to try again and get back to you.

Plex rolled back the Server Version so I would resolve that to before anything else to see if you gain any stability.
