I just purchased a Plexpass, the iOS app and set up the Plex media server (Windows 8.1 64 bit host) - I installed the PS4 client on a new PS4 and it worked great for one day. Now, nothing I do will bring up Plex content on my PS4. I've uninstalled the client, signed out and re-did the PIN multiple times, rebooted the Windows 8.1 side and the PS4 repeatedly - nothing works. I can still stream to browsers and my iPhone just fine. The PS4 refuses to connect to the Plex media server anymore.
Is there anything I should be trying to do to trouble shoot this? The error I am getting is posted with this.
Correction - the client is 2.4.10 - brand new PS4, fully update, PSN network signed on. I have checked everything on every device. I checked my port forwarding (TCP/UDP) I have disabled all other network interfaces on the PMC Windows 8.1 box and re-checked it's local LAN IP
PMC shows it online, I'm signed in, I can use my PMC library movies / music on iOS and via browsers just fine. I can sign out on the PS4, re-register it via PIN and it shows up in PMC in the Devices tab. I see nothing obviously failing in the Debug logs.
Any advice would be appreciated - I bought this product specifically to use my PS4 as a media center via Plex. It works beautifully on everything else!
Thank you
Joe
