Is the PS4 unable to use Plex when the sever is on another network behind a proxy? The Xbox app seems to work okay, and the PS4 can access the server and browse media just fine, but playing any media just throws the error “there was a problem playing this item. The video did not start playing in time.”
I’ve looked in my PMS logs and can only find the error number 2140536830 referenced. The actual log entry is:
