First time posting so here goes.
For the most part, I never have any trouble playing my media via Plex to any of my devices.
However, some media like the episode indicated in the attached log and xml never plays on the PS4.
IPad, no problem. Android, looks solid. Windows, all good.
The PS4 however just indicates “There was a problem playing this item.”
Plex Media Server version: 0.9.16.6
Platform: QNAP TS-451
Other details:
- Lots of my other media plays just fine on the PS4 Plex app and was transcoded in the same way
- The file is an MP4, 1920x1080 resolution, H.264 level 4.0, has AAC and bitrate is under 8 Mbps. About 2.59 GB in size.
