Having issues when streaming widescreen video from laptop (window 10 home) to PS4 (up-to-date software) via plex.
Full screen video plays fine however, widescreen is cropped top and bottom.
I have checked the files on the laptop and they are fine. I have also tried TV setting but nothing seems to sort.
Im sruggling to find the settings which set the screen ratio on plex.
Could someone please point me in th right direction
