Hi everyone, has anyone encountered an issue with the audio on the Plex App on PS4?
Essentially the audio is working on the playstation menu screen, I open the Plex app, audio is fine too. Switch to a series or a film, the chimes on the Plex app work. Select a video to play, all fine. As soon as the buffer starts, the audio goes away and it does not come back at all. If I go back to the Plex home or chose a different video, the chimes are not audible at all, all audio related to the app is gone. Audio settings on the Plex app are fine (it worked before, no changes). As soon as I go out of the app, into the playstation menus, the audio comes back correctly, so it is an issue just on the Plex app.
Can anyone please help?
