PS4 - Subtitles in Hebrew show only punctuation

I’m using the ps4 app and when trying to watch a movie with hebrew subtitles they don’t show up. like, punctuation marks do show up but text doesn’t. for some reason it only happens in some movies but not in others. when I try to watch it in the web version it shows the subtitles as usual, but on the ps4 app it shows only the punctuation. any idea why?

Try disabling “Early Access” on the PS4 app. it worked for me
