PS4 won't play movies "Unexpected Error'

Hi,
I am struggling to playback movies on my PS4 connected to a mycloudex2ultra

I’m currently getting an error ‘There was an unexcepted error’

Unfortunately I can’t seem to resolve this using the online articles already out there.

Can any one help me diagnose the problem?
