There was an unexpected error

I am receiving “there was an unexpected error” message when trying to play anything from any of my libraries on a Playstation 4 console.
I can connect and view the content but cannot play anything and receive the error message.
I am still able to play all media on another device in the house fine…
???

I’m having the same problem. PS4 isn’t working, but other devices all stream OK. Any solutions yet?

I am having the same problem with my xbox one. I can see all of my media, but I get that error message whenever I try to access it.

I’m having the same issue on xbox one and it’s been going on for a week. The work around I have is use Plex on you phone and cast to your console

Mine fixed itself once I installed the latest version:

Version 1.13.9.5456

As the latest version just been released? Mine keeps saying an unexpected error occurred if it keeps happening contact the forum. Last tried two days ago uninstalled app re installed got my code synced same ■■■■. Iptv works in plugins though ? Any thoughts

Also been reading other comments on different posts and the plex team not answering any questions for last 15 days think it said
