I’m trying to set up the Plex app on my PS5 but I can’t make it past the initial sign in/sign up screen. The “Sign In” button is highlighted but none of the controller’s buttons do anything when pressed(except for the PS button bringing up the ps menu). I can’t move the cursor or select any options. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app.
