Qnap Factory Reset Migration - Plex won't start

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Qnap TS-453Be - QTS 5.1.4.2596

I had a problem with the disks and Qnap support put the system in read-only mode. I couldn’t use Plex to make a backup because it wouldn’t open (maybe because of the writing permissions?)

I was able to copy all the PlexMediaServer files and folder from the /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer path.
I factory restored the NAS, installed Plex, closed the user and stopped it from App Manager.
I have copied the backup folder to its original position and I have tried to start Plex, but it does not open, the generic message from the browser appears that the page cannot be accessed.
I have also tried stopping Plex, installing Plex again and trying to open it, but the same thing happens.
I have tried to open it from www.plex.tv, but it does not say that it is unavailable.

Any ideas?

Thank you

If there was some way to extract the ratings and playlists of the music, I would be happy.

Please zip the log directory, and upload it here

Thanks @dane22, If you need anything else, tell me.

It sadly looks like the database is corrupted

If you have a backup, see: https://support.plex.tv/articles/202485658-restore-a-database-backed-up-via-scheduled-tasks/, you might want to try that, and if not, I suggest you look into this little 3rd. It worked! I have recovered everything from the backup. Thank you so much!
