Plex no longer show my media files in libraries

Server Version#: Latest?
Player Version#: dont know

Plex stopped a while back to show any of my content. So I tried more or less everything including complete reinstall of my Qnap Ts251a nas and creating a new plex account. Nothing works. I am not that great with computer, but could it be a permission thing? If so, how do I change it?

Can you post your server logs?

Having the same issue on Qnap TVS-871, tried everything I can think of and not showing libraries or can playback even when it’s there, then get the following error on all pages! “Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred”

Been working fine for years, then its just stopped.

You have a corrupt database and it needs repaired. https://support.plex.tv/articles/repair-a-corrupted-database/

Hi and thanks for all the help. I found out they were hijacked or something by Deadbolt so I just formated everything. Twice to be sure.

Hi there, thanks for checking that, following the instructions I can’t find the Plex SQLite in the folder in the QNAP to attempt to fix the issue (assuming I can even do it) if you have an idea of where it is if you could let me know that would be super helpful. Thanks

perhaps @ChuckPa can lend and hand

In an SSH console, type
cd $(getcfg -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf PlexMediaServer Install_path)

Thanks, I am really struggling with this, is there any remote support or is the only other option starting from scratch?

That is sadly not something Plex provides
