QNAP NAS Issue - Unable to Connect to Plex Server

Hello, I setup a new NAS and am having issues connecting to Plex. I installed the latest version manually from Plex’s website. When I click the Plex app in QNAP’s OS (QTS), it opens a new browser tab, but fails to load the Plex webpage.

I know Plex is not a fan of secure configuration/setup for scanning files and other reasons. How should I setup my QNAP NAS correctly to make sure it works with Plex?
