QNAP: Plex not loading after qpkg update

Hi All,

i downloaded the latest Plex qpkg and updated it manually via the App Center of my Qnap. Unfortunatly i can not access my plex installation anymore. The Server is started according to the App center but when i try to access the web interface the site is not loading.

How can i check whats going wrong?

In your existing Plex/web window, sign out (upper right)
Open an incognito window
Open http://ip.addr.of.qnap:32400/web

Did you install On Top or did you uninstall old version first?

And before you get trigger happy on the mouse… DO NOT uninstall

Hi,

thanks for your answers. I had a look at the log and somehow the ipv4 and ipv6 ports were not avialable after installing. Rebooting the NAS helped. maybe the ports were not closed correctly before updating…
