I have very interesting problem. Now within my folder Movies which I have created in my first NAS I have found out that from past an folder Plex Version / Optimized for TV contains some files. Exactly 4 subtitles from one movie. Now I have discovered this only because I have bought different NAS and backup all the data there. The issue is that I cannot delete the folder or any files it will not allow me to do it. In my current Plex this is not even enabled and I cannot delete the folder Plex Version / Optimized for TV I would love to delete them both and everything what they contain. Can anyone please help me how I can delete them in QNAP? I have tried everything but nothing works and this looks like it was created ages ago and like I said I do not have any movies or even the function enabled on my current plex. And other issue is that I cannot delete this on my second NAS where I do not even have PLEX installed. Can anyone help please? Thank you very much for your help. Best Regards. Juraj
