How to delete plex database or the film librarys on plex istance in qnap?

I cannot delete films in the plex mediathek which the system found during a scan… it found a few month ago lots of my videos from my securiy cams which were not correct saved in the correct folder for nearly a month. if i try to delete them maually " its not allowed". The access to the folder “PlexData” on the qap volume which is vissible in window i also dont have. Any ideas ?

  1. To delete movies/episodes.
  • Make certain Plex isn’t monitoring those folders.
  • Scan files
  • Empty Trash
  • Clean Bundles
