gibt es die Möglichkeit eine TV-Tuner-Stick an der QNAP zu installieren, die auch von Plex unterstützt wird?
Wer hat ein solches System am laufen?

I can say that from looking at the .qpkg of Plex on my qnap the Tuner Service is there. I do not have a supported stick, so I can not confirm it works. The .qpkg packages run in some kind of root, but as other applications inside the .qpkg package can access my USB devices I am sure there should be no issue… I would be more worried about kernel modules, because some of the supported devices require a custom driver - and I do not see how install on a QNAP. You might want to ask at the qnapclub.de forum for more information or maybe someone uses your required setup and can confirm …
What would work for sure as worst case solution, is that you run Plex inside a docker container and hand the device into the container, that way Plex will find it.
