QNAP und Plex Medienserver

ich habe auf mein QNAP den Plex Medienserver installiert. Bis vorige Woche konnte ich intern in meinem Netz per IP Adresse auf die Plex Oberfläche zugreifen. Das geht nun nicht mehr. Die Portfreigabe in der Fritzbox 32400 TCP habe ich auch getätigt. Plex war bis dato auch von extern erreichbar. Jetzt komme ich nicht mal mehr auf die Benutzeroberfläche, wenn ich die Anwendung von meinem Qnap aus starte. Der Zugriff auf das Qnap NAS hingegen funktioniert sowohl intern, wie auch extern. Hat jemand Tipps, wie ich das ganze wieder zum Laufen bekomme? Grüße Jörg

After doing so, Restart Plex , wait 30 seconds, then stop it.

Using FileStation: PlexData / Plex Media Server
Right-click Logs -> Compress
