Questions about migrating from a Win10 server to an Unraid/Docker server

Greetings, I’m looking for some guidance, please. I have an active server running on a Win10pro desktop. I am exploring transitioning from a bare-metal win10 build to an Unraid setup with dockers and VMs. Unraid would be my primary. Win 11 and a couple of other OSs would run off VM. Plex and a bunch of my other always-on systems would run under docker. I have a library that’s been built up over a decade and shared with a bunch of family members. Is it possible to port my existing server, users, settings, and data from the Win10 server over to a newly installed Plex Media Server on Unraid? If so are there any potential pitfalls I should watch out for?
