I recently discovered a bug, I was reordering songs in my queue and while I was dragging one the song that was playing ended (left mouse still held down) and it went to the next song. When I placed the track, the wrong track had been moved (it was one of the neighboring tracks) and the one I had originally started to move was back in its original spot.
