Quick seek feedback counter is increasing wrongly

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2015
Player Version#: 7.24.0.13560

Regarding the feature released in Plex for Android 7.24.0.13532-beta

  • [TV] Player: quick seek interface when seeking via remote buttons.

I noticed that when seeking back 10 sec then immediately seeking forward 30 sec, the feedback counter of seconds seeked is showing 40 sec .
You can see in this video that I can do 3 times back (UI shows rewind -10s, -20s, -30s), twice forward (UI now shows forward +60s, then +90s), once back (-100s), once forward (+130s), etc etc.

While seeking forward I would expect only seeing multiples of 30.
In the same way when seeking back I would expect only seeing multiples of 10.

When going once back 10s and immediately once forward 30s I would expect the counter to either substract and show “+20s” (if the stream was still loading to feedforward the user the info as to where the episode will resume at) or at least reset and show only “+30s” (if the stream was already finished loading because Direct Playing locally, exactly as in my video for example)

Thanks for reporting, this will be fixed in the next beta release later today.

a fix was released in 7.24.0.13641-beta.
I’ll try it ASAP and let you know.

So the countdown correctly resets itself when “changing direction” but I noticed another bug, which may have already been present before this fix:
As you can see in this video, if I trigger a new seek right at the moment when the previous quick seek UI is fading, the next quick seek UI does not appear. And all following seeks (e.g in the same salve) behaves the same.

Thanks for your work as always.
