Quick way to mark everything "played"?

I recently re-install & re-initialized the media db, now everything is marked “unplayed”. Is there a quick way to mark everything “Played”? Don’t say I have to click on the circle on each videos(I have over 1000 of them). It would be ideal if I can go open the sqlite DB and do a mass update with SQL.

click on one dot, hold down the shift button and select another movie further down, everything in between will be selected, and you can then mark as seen.
