I was wondering if anyone has got this working, I’ve got it on pms however can t get playback on rasplex. I do not have issues on any other platform.
Don’t think you’ll get much help for using something that is illegal in most countries, apart from a visit from the authorities, most ISP’s monitor for this.

what a ludricous thing to say.
bitorrent is not illegal in any countries.
That last bit is true. It’s the distribution of copyrighted content that’s illegal in most countries.
Not the bittorrent software or protocol, which can be (and is) also used for public domain material.
Pure downloading of copyrighted material is in many cases not considered illegal anyway, as it’s the one providing the copyrighted content that’s breaking the law, not whoever receives the download.
But I still wouldn’t call the warning ‘ludicrous’, as some people have gotten into trouble from torrent usage.
Many authorities consider participating in a copyrighted torrent stream to be illegal distribution, since it normally means sharing with other leechers all parts of the stream already downloaded. So the legality of such torrent usage for copyrighted content varies with local legislation. People using torrents extensively really should consider using a privacy protection VPN service, even in nations where no problem currently exists. (Legislation can change, and sometimes retroactively.)
It should also be possible to make/configure a torrent client such that it does NOT share any data with others, which would make it perfectly legal to use it for downloading copyrighted content in many nations. But users of such a client would probably soon find their IPs permbanned from the torrent trackers, when those detect consistent refusal to share… But IP banning is inefficient anyway, as a change of MAC address spoofing will often prompt ISP servers to supply a brand new IP address automatically. But widespread use of non-sharing clients would ruin the usefulness of torrents, as download speeds would plummet…
In any case, I would not myself choose to use a torrent-based Plex channel (regardless of legalities) as torrent downloading includes many things that I don’t want done by a python script running as part of server background operations. (CPU loading, bandwidth loading, storage waste, potential RAM leakage and so on…)

Its okay, the fix is to simply disable the ffmpeg transfer, as well as hard code the IP of the server into the channel
