RasPlex and iPhoto streaming

I love RasPlex, and streaming works just fine (movies from PMS and music from iTunes also). It works flawlessly with 720p MKV's, that I use all the time.
 
But i've never manged to get iPhoto library streaming to work.
 
I have Plex Media server on Mac OS X Mavericks running, and i can stream photos and vídeo to iOS app (both on iPhone 4S and iPad Mini), on the same Mac with Plex client, and on my Macbook. So the network is fine
 
 
On previous versions (0.2.x and 0.3.x) photos would work, but if I selected a vídeo shot with my iPhone 4S, rasplex would crash and reboot.
 
If it was another vídeo, for exemaple a videoclip from iTunes, it would play. So I thought it was a bug with a codec or something, that it would be fixed on future releases.
 
 
Now with a 0.4.x release, it doesn't crash, but either video or photos gets centered on only a small area, they suffer a wave like movment (even the photos ?!?!?), and are like interlaced video, but a lot worse, as i can't distinguish anything on the image.
Is it a known issue, or do you need a video to see what I'm describing?
Could it be a resolution problem?
I remember setting a resolution or refresh rate higher thatn a monitor would support, I would see something like this.
 
My raspberry is connected though HDMI to a LG TV 1080p.
 
If you need more details on versions, please let me know, because right now I'm away from the equipment.

Just to let you know that this post is not being ignored, I don't think anyone on the team runs their PMS on a Mac, mostly Windows and Linux.

Suggest you post a question in Plex Home Theatre sub forum, as Rasplex is basically PHT.

I don't understand why you're refering to the PMS part, whether it is OSX, Windows or Linux, it should the platform independent. It seems to me it's a rasplex related problem.

Why should I change the fórum? I thought it should be on the rasplex fórum!

Sorry if I wasn’t clear, the iPhoto Channel only works if PMS is installed on a Mac, therefore no way of replicating this issue with PMS on a Linux Box.


The reason for suggesting another sub forum, i.e. Plex HT or Plex Channels is that it seems to be an issue on multiple platforms, so suspect it is either Plex HT related or the iPhoto Channel or possibly PMS.
