Rasplex and video from usb drive

Hi Everyone, 

 

I would like know if Rasplex can play video from usb DISK ?? If it's possible how ? because i don't find how :(

Rasplex is based on PHT which is designed to stream from a Plex Server.  It does not have an option for local playback.  You would want to use OpenELEC which is the base for RasPlex.  It uses XBMC (or whatever it's new name is now) to play files from USB and network shares.

The power of Plex is that you have a central server that can, if need be, transcode the video to a format that can be used by a client
