So I am having an issue where RasPlex can connect to the server (items are searchable) but libraries do not show up on the home screen. I have seen this issue a couple of times through a forum search but no-one seemed to have any immediate fix.
Other device platforms work fine (PS3 / Laptop / Android / iOS).
Any help?
Please provide some more details like the installed RasPlex version, network connection (wired/wifi) and a logfile if possible.
I have tried versions 1.37 through to 1.39.
Network connection has been on WiFi and Wired, both have the same results as well as with a static IP and a dhcp ip.
Not to sure how to get a logfile off the rasplex.
You need to access your Pi via SSH/SCP. The logfile is placed at /storage/.plexht/temp/plexhometheater.log. Maybe the pastelog script is working fine too (just connect via SSH and run pastelog).
