Rasplex no longer showing librarys

Can anyone help me with this problem please?

I went away for three weeks and when I came back the Rasplex is not showing my library.

Just says “Watch Later” “Search” many times on the screen. The server has the rasplex listed but will not connect to it (I assume). I’m sure someone can help. BTW I am still on windows 7 running version 1.31.
BTW: I have 2 rasplex units and they are both the same.

Hi Guys,
Is there really nobody in the whole of the forum who can help me please.

I really don’t have a clue what to do and my only option would be to scrap the whole thing and look for a different way to watch my movies.

First note that Rasplex is unsupported by Plex. That aside, perhaps something changed on the Plex Media Server and you updated your server version in between? If so, this will likely require logs from the server to diagnose further.

I was not aware of that, I thought you guys all worked together, but thanks for the information.
Please let me know what logs you require and I will do my best to send them to you.
I do appreciate your help as I am at a complete loss. I really don’t think it has anything to do with the Rasplex, as both of my units are showing the same symptoms.

So much for my theory. I thought this may have been a case where a change in the server resulting in rejection of Rasplex’s requests but your server version is 3 months old so that doesn’t seem to be the case.
There are requests which I presume are from Rasplex (because it provides invalid query parameters prompting warnings in the logs) but these seem to indicate the client is able to browse the library so this appears to be entirely a client issue. You may be able to get some support from the community but seeing as how the last Rasplex release was over 5 years ago, I’m not sure you can expect a fix.

Thanks for the reply. I must admit it poses more questions than answers.
I’m not sure why both of the rasplexs would stop working at the same time.
Would this not point to a server issue rather than two units experiencing the same issue at the same time.
Is there any else that I could try.
Have you got a copy of Version 1.31.3.6868. as the latest versions only work on windows 10 and above.
Maybe if I tried to reinstall it ?
I really don’t know how to proceed now.
As you say Rasplex release was 5 years ago. It had been running happily for the last 5 years at least, then just stopped.

Like I say, if you have any other ideas I would be really grateful.

Hi,
I have just reinstalled rasplex to see if that made any difference. It asked for the pass code and said it was ok, but it will still not show my titles.
This must be a connection issue at the Plex end, is there anything I can try or look at to help please?
