Rasplex Not working after updates

guys ive updated my server to version 0.9.8.3 and updated my rasplex to bleeding. 

 

So after that i could not see any content on it so i manually set the ip of the media server still nothing. 

 

I have now downgraded the rasplex to 0.2.1 again and still nothing, i dont know whats going on my phone tablet and macs and pcs work fine, locally and remotely. Is there something stoping things working in the new server release ?
