Hello Everyone^^
First of all : thanks for Plex, it’s a great media server^^. I’m used to stream with it from my mac without any issue on my samsung smart TV. last week i received my Raspberry pi 3 and wanted to use it as a Rasplex Server.
After installing and configuring the Plex App on my tv i didn’t succeed to get the stream for movies event if other things are working well: menu display, setting management, movie’s data display after loading it, etc…
I tried to get a movie’s stream from my Rasplex server to my iphone and mac and it worked for both. I don’t know why my Samsung Tv can’t receive the stream, i always have this error message : ‘Sorry, an error occurred while reading this element’ I have tried to read the logs but there is a lot of different files and i’m lost with which one to target to get more details about this issue.
Do you guys have any idea why Rasplex server do not stream exclusively on my Samung smart tv while my plex server on my mac do it without any problem or just how to deal to understand the origine of this problem ?
