As of last night, my Raspberry pi 2 running RasPlex 1.0.2 has started to take over my TV…
At random, if I am watching TV the TV input will change and it will switch to RasPlex, and it will even switch on, it set my dog off barking last night, it was on again this morning too!
The Pi2 came from the Pi Hut as a kit so I assume the power supply is the correct amperage for the Pi2, nothing on it has changed since the 1.0.2 release came out.

Any ideas?
It’s winding the mrs up at the moment.
Have a look at your settings in Preferences->System->Input devices->Peripherals.
I have the following settings:
Enabled - Checked
Device to power on when starting XBMC - None
Device to power off when stopping XBMC - None
When the TV is switched off - Ignore
Use the TVs’s language setting - Checked
Everything else is unchecked.
I leave my RPi on 24/7 and don’t have any issues with these settings.
@NedtheNerd I tried your suggestion of checking the Preferences->System->Input devices->Peripherals, but all I have in there is the CEC item listed, which I assume is why my TV remote can control RasPlex.
@AprilNine related to the previous point and your point of it perhaps being down to CEC, I had changed nothing, so I replaced the batteries in the remote, in case they were failing and phantom button presses were going through, odd though as if that were the case, with the TV off nothing should get from the remote to the Pi!, It made no difference.
Then I remembered a change I had made to my router!
I had changed the region code, I had read that changing the routers WiFi region code could increase its’ range, so I changed it from UK to USA, everything was working fine across all WiFi devices, or so I thought. It seems that doing this caused the problem, I have changed it back to UK and it hasn’t happened since.
Any ideas why that would cause it?
It seems to be fixed now, so I have not had to wipe the SD card and reinstall, it’s all just working normally now.
@NedtheNerd & @AprilNine thanks for your input and help.

If you highlight the CEC item and press Enter/OK it will bring up a configuration screen with a number of options.
