i've switched my Raspberry Pi against a Raspberyy Pi 2 with Rasplex 0.6.0. When i choose "Shutdown" on the Rasplex-Menu it also turns off my TV. I remember that i could confgure this on the old Version, so that my TV stays tuned after i switched off the old Raspberry.
I couldn't find this possibility at the new Version. Is it deleted or am i too blind to find it?
This isn't really an answer, but it's a sort of question along similar lines. I've only had my RPi2 with Rasplex 6.0 for a week. One day last week, it 'picked up' my TV remote during boot up - I can't remember what it said on the screen and it hasn't done it since. Anyway, on that particular day every time I switched my TV off with the TV's remote, it would switch off and then a few seconds later, the RPi (I'm guessing) brought the TV back to life again - it did this about 3 or 4 times before I eventually powered down the RPi. Once I'd powered down the RPi I was able to switch off my TV as normal.

You need to change the CEC settings in Preferences->System->Input Devices->Peripherals, select the CEC adapter and set the settings to what you want.
