Could not find duplicate issue; I no longer have a rate & review button available on my browser. Both Firefox & Chrome.

Where is the media item hosted?

  1. On your own Plex media server?
  2. On someone else’s Plex media server that you have been granted access to?
  3. On the “Movies & Shows” (on Plex) online streaming library?

If 1) did you change the library’s metadata agent recently? It must be using one of the modern Plex agents. If you use a custom agent, this custom agent must be “stacked” with the Plex agent.
If 2) ditto
If 3) the button should definitely be there. See if you have some kind of “privacy” or “adblock” filter active on the machine or the network level.
