The Imitation Game 8/10. Great cast, great story telling.
I watched it for the first time and I am very impressed
9/10
Have you seen Spirited Away? That is excellent too.
No but I watched a couple of other anime movies. But the Ghibli movies are all on my to watchlist.
Do you any other good Anime movies that are not from Ghibli studios?

It has been a long, long time since I watched Anime, but some of the more memorable ones (in no particular order) were Akira (quite grotesque), Ghost in the Shell, Fist of the North Star (quite grotesque), Battle Angel Alita (one of my favourites - when I was younger I saved up and bought the graphic novel).
When I was younger I also loved the "Dominion Tank Police" series - I re-watched it recently and it doesn't have the same appeal... But still a great series. I guess it depends how old you are. :-)
These Final Hours - 8.5/10
I put this on just coz I had nothing better to do and didn't really like the sound of it, after 10 mins I was totally engrossed and a really good film!! (its nice when that happens)
Its Australian and is about the end of the world and what would you do if you knew the world would end in 12 hours, it follows this cool dude around mainly who just wants to get high and forget about it all but ends up saving a young girl from getting attacked and he sort of mans up throughout the film and realises what is really important. Woop Woop!
Probably wouldn't rate it that high but I agree that it 'These Final Hours' was a pretty good movie. Same situation, in that I had nothing else to watch, so I decided to give it a go. Ten minutes in and I definitely had to watch the rest of the film. Would watch it again...
The Good Lie - 8.5/10
Great movie based on true events surrounding the refugee crisis in Africa. Very touching and heartwarming.Â
Nightcrawler - 8/10
Good film, felt like I was in it and didn't want it to end!
The Imitation Game 4/5.
Great film, well acted, shame about the accuracy!
Despicable Me - One of those movies people I know kept telling me I should watch, but I didn't think I would like it - just another silly animated movie for kids.
I should have watched it sooner.
8/10
Gone Girl: 8/10
Great film from start to end.
American Sniper: 7/10
Great Story, based on the life of a Navy Seal⊠.
Splinter: 7/10
Always searching for worthy horror movies to put in my collection - this one fits nicely.
Battle for Skyark (2015) 2/10
Ayup, it's pretty bad. It gets one point for being a movie and another point, because I can't bring my self to give it a one out of ten.
Interstellar
8.5/10

All Is Lost (2013) 6.5/10
Difficult to tell a story in a movie without dialogue, but it can be done. I would have probably rated it higher if they would have found a lesser known actor for the role. I kept seeing an aging Robert Redford acting like he was on a sailboat. I definitely would have rated it higher if they would have stuck a tiger on the boat. :P
Flipped (2010)
Set in 60's - first love comedy drama. It's silly and kind of phony, but I liked it.
7/10
The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Â 9.5/10 Â
(Had some problems picking out some of the dialog - not the movie's fault really - more my aging ears, and crappy Samsung speakers).
But watch the first one (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel), first.
It builds the characters necessary to truly appreciate the second one.
Great parts played by aging actors you will all remember.
Awesome soundtrack by Thomas Newman.
