Ratings not migrated from Plex to plexamp

When opening plexamp on a mobile device all music ratings of my personal library (over 900 albums) are blank. But when opening my music library from the web browser all ratings are shown as always (as it was before the plex application was split into three different apps). It never worked since having originally installed plexamp.

Is this intended, did I miss something or is it a bug?

Plexamp is accessing the same data from your server — there’s no data / ratings being migrated.
Have you rated individual tracks or just albums?

From what I remember, Plexsmp isn’t currently listing album ratings on its user interface — though, you should still be able to filter a library by album ratings.
