Firstly I’m very disappointed that Plex would take any actions to blanket ban the use of any Hosting provider, this sets a very bad precedent and if it leads to other hosting provider bans will ultimately impact many people.
What is to stop Plex from blanket banning a whole ISP with ToS breaches?
I hope you’ll reconsider your actions, you’ll ultimately end up harming your users and force them to competitors products.
Secondly, the notification that was sent out was so vague it’s impossible for users to know if they will be impacted or not.
My case is that I’ve used a Hetzner server to host Plex in the past but recently migrated this back home.
