I’ve been trying to connect to a plex server for 2 days but it gives me this error screen as per the attached image
and it doesn’t allow me to match any server
I installed plex in Ubuntu 18.04 and until 2 days ago everything worked fine
Seeing that there was a problem, I removed the server and tried to put it back but still the same problem
unauthorized and I can’t fix it
I installed the plex server with snap
any advice on how to resolve this??

I assume you’re on Hetzner. Did you not get an email a month ago that said this?:

yes I have a hetzner server but I never received any warning about it
so should I get a vps and install everything on another server??

I had the same experience unfortunately, no email. As suggested there is a long thread on this topic, but your basic choices are:
Migrate your setup to another host and make a calculation as to whether this happens to you again.
Use a VPS to tunnel all your Plex traffic from Hetzner to a cheap VPS that meets your bandwidth and transfer requirements
Migrate away from Plex to Emby or Jellyfin. I did the former and it works well on my Hetzner host.
