Re-add previous optimized versions after library recreation

The latest Plex update evidently corrupted my database, as I discovered this morning. Despite the fact that I have backups turned on, they’re nowhere to be found in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases.

My library was small, so re-creating and re-scanning my folders for content wasn’t difficult. However, all my optimized versions are no longer recognized by Plex. The optimized files are picked up by Plex, but they’re treated as secondary file sources and not “official” optimized versions.

I know there isn’t any way to manually specify optimized versions through the Plex web application, so I’m wondering if there’s a way to do this by editing the Plex database. According to a post on another thread, it might be possible.

I tried copying and opening my database in DB Browser for SQLite, but I can’t find the tables or rows that handle optimized versions.

Linux Version: Ubuntu 20.0.3 LTS
Plex Server Version: 1.24.3.5033
