anyone could help me would be much appreciated, as i cannot remove the pin at all. logged into my account with user n pass but will not let me remove pin.,. how do i get rid of pin,any ideas

I’ve done this. It does not work for me. It shows an empty PIN on plex.tv, but my servers and devices still ask for the PIN. If I change the pin, they immediately accept the new pin. But if I set the PIN to empty, the server continues to ask for my old PIN. It is clearly a software bug.
After removing the PIN, restart the server(s) first, then after a few minutes the clients as well.
In extreme cases with web browsers (Chrome in particular) you might have to log out and log in again from the web app.
