Disable/clear the pin. It is pretty pointless without Plex Pass and Fast User Switching.

Are you using something else than a keyboard to put in the numbers?
Sorry for the question, but is perhaps the number block disabled on your keyboard, so that you are typing navigation keys instead of numbers?
Is there a solution to this? I have tried several times to reset the pin. I am not able to view the dashboard on my main PC but have access, with the same pin, in the app on my ipad as well as my smart TV.
You have 2 servers in your account. And both have identical names. I think this fact is creating major confusion.
Shut down one of the servers.
Log out of the web browser, restart it, then log back in.

You go to the device where it is running on and deinstall the server software or at least make sure it is not started anymore.
