Reached Limit of Shared Accounts

Server Version#:1.43.0.10492
Receiving this error when attempting to add the eleventh user to my PMS - never seen this before. Doesn’t matter if I add user as “user name” or “email”.

tldr; add user by plex user name, not by email address

oh, just re-read and you have tried using the user name.

Are you using the local web app or the hosted web app?
Is your server behind a reverse proxy?

I’m using the Windows app to add the user. I haven’t tried another method as of yet- been a Plex user for over 12 years now and never seen this happen before. No proxy either.

I have the same issue. Does matter if I add using username or email. I’m sharing with 10 people.

I’m having the same issue and adding by username does not solve it.
