Hey Josh, I had some ipv6 issues my self, Have you enabled ipv6 ports in your firewall? does http://[::1]:32400/web work for you?

Both Safari and Chrome on Mac say that's an invalid address. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/ works, though.

IPv6 works fine on my setup, so i would check if your isp has working ipv6, and/or your setup on local network.
