[REALLY HELP NEEDED!] Using Live TV & DVR with Fritz!WLAN Repeater DVB-C and QNAP NAS (1.24.0.4930) is not working!

I am trying to use my Fritz!WLAN Repeater DVB-C to have Live TV & DVR in Plex.
The Fritz!WLAN Repeater DVB-C is recognised but when I scan for channels I am only getting 12 channels which are all radio and not TV. There have to be 150 TV channels (that is what the Fritz TV App on my iPhone ist telling me) or so.

How can I get the TV channels into plex?

I read that with Plex 1.20.3 it should have been working but not with the version after that. I don’t want to step back to that version if that is possible.

Now I tested with the version: PlexMediaServer-1.20.3.3437-f1f08d65b-x86_64.qpkg and there Live TV and DVR is working like a charm! No problems.

But when I install again: PlexMediaServer-1.24.1.4931-1a38e63c6-x86_64.qpkg nothing is working. I am only getting this:

But EPG is working without problems.

Can someone help me here?
