Only if it’s on the same topic. “Really Upset” isn’t Really the Point of the Original Post.

I get you point, but “Really Upset” is not the relevant part, rather “Paid for Plex Lifetime and now IT DOES NOT WORK”. In many forums we see “this question is answered in this thread” so just trying to play by the rules. And my problem really does fall under the category of “Paid for Plex Lifetime and now IT DOES NOT WORK” … Also quiet relieved you’ve not lost any skin ha ha
In FACT the original issue was related to the user’s Chrome browser and not with the upgrade to Plex Pass one or two weeks PREVIOUSLY.
So, are you going to post anything useful to get your issue resolved?
Just to clarify a couple of things. Using capital letters when they are not needed is distracting and annoying. Nobody likes it! Most people won’t even read your post to help you. Secondly, this is a forum. You have to understand that almost all of the people that are here to help are users and not staff. Your original post was kind of helpful, but all the caps and negative language and the “what the hell” kind of talk is just SO ANNOYING! lol (Does it make sense when I put it in all caps for you?)
Since I am here, and complaining, a generic post stating that something isn’t working is not the place to interject your own issues as if they are the same issue john470fc. You can try, but nobody is going to help you if you’re bitchy to other users that are trying to help. You needed to create your own post and you were informed of that, and there was no need to recap why you put your post in here…
Honestly… nobody should have to explain this stuff. I have 4 kids, and I can guarantee you that having to spell this stuff out is like talking to my children. Where are your manners? …or morals?
The original issue was posted as “Paid for Plex Lifetime and now IT DOES NOT WORK”. But then transpired to be an issue with chrome. Hence my original post, please read! I quote “The title of this post “Really Upset - Paid for Plex Lifetime and now IT DOES NOT WORK” fits my mood, but not my specific problem” … So it started as a simple question about experiencing a similar problem. As for posting anything “useful”, I am not going to post any logs / diagnostics without good reason. In response to slwtx1983, I have not used capital letters, except in quotations from others. And if you feel like you have to rant, does that really make you a better person? Talking of children, please take a look at the original response to my post. Sometimes, I really don’t think people read things properly …
Closing this, before it runs out of track
