For quite a while now, I’ve been having issues clicking on the music library option to see my music songs. Instead of seeing them, I receive this, “There was an unexpected error loading this item”. Not quite sure how to troubleshoot this since there isn’t a hyperlink detailed error message to look into further. That said, I’m receiving this problem on my Asus laptop (win10) which is connected to my home LAN. The plex database is housed within a WD My Cloud Mirror also located on the LAN. If any further details are needed let me know. This is my first time posting a question. Thanks in advance.
