Just installed Plex and am trying to get started. When I select Music or pictures, I get “There was an unexpected error loading this item”. Any suggestions on where to go next? Thanks!

It turns out the Plex website has amazing articles for everything, from install to log files, to all sorts of troubleshooting subs, and libraries, etc. It’s a must bookmark and check it.
Installation is covered in one of those. Let’s start with that and have you tell us if you get stuck.
