I have an old Windows 2003 server running my Plex server and last week my “Recently Added” stopped working. I have read several suggestions through the forums, and I have tried nearly everything (except uninstalling & reinstalling which I am trying to avoid.) Does anyone have something new I can try? Thanks in advance!
I’d start with making sure that the database is correct - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database

Remember though that you’re currently running an unsupported OS (from Microsoft’s POV) with a release that isn’t supported by Plex. We, on the forum, will help you as much as we can, but should the issue stem from a bug or such that has since been fixed in later releases - we can’t do much, sorry to say.
