Does anyone knows why I get 4 thumbnails of each film or music file? How can I solve this withot the risk of deleting the file?

From your description, there are several possible reasons.
Please post some screen shots (full screen!), which will make it easier to determine which it may be.
Thanks so much Otto for your Quick answer. I include the screenshot. I’m really happy that after months struggling with the app, I finally succeded to run the server form My Cloud Home.
Now, I can try the next step which is to acceed to Direct TV and DVR, but I guess this will also be a big struggle.

Your email footer is cluttering up the thread and the screen shot is so small that I cannot discern anything on it.

I see you have several libraries of each type (‘Other Videos’, ‘Movies’)
For a start, please edit each of your movie libraries,
go to the ‘Add Folders’ tab
and note down how many and which folder paths are listed there.
This will tell you which folder each library is “looking at”.
If two libraries are looking at the same folder, they all will add a new file in this folder.
This will then cause the newly added file to appear in several libraries, which in turn causes it to appear several times on the front page.
Please report back with this list.
My excuses for answering so late Otto, but when I realised that there was a problem with the spelling of some files, it was it was easier for me to solve it by myself than explaining in english which was the real problem to you.
Fortunately, it’s over and there are only some small things that I have to solve by myself, but Imust find the moment to dedie to it.

Using Plex (or better, trying to use Plex) is like going to one of those amusement parks and going in a continuos psychological up and down. Dear Otto, after 4 months of struggle through asking your advice, reading articles and visiting forums I finally got to have the PMS on my WDmyCloud Home!
Then, Some of the titles appeared repeated and with help and my constant desire of getting it solved I finally arrived to solve it. Just some hours later still feeling euphoric, everything disappeared because Plex cannot find my Server again down to depression. What’s happening now? I have nothing changed but Plex say to be unable to find my server!!! It seems that my connection is not secure! I’ve read everything i’ve found in the Forums and Articles, but, I can’ solve it. in one of the articles I’ve read: Enabling the ability to connect securely with your Plex Media Server is actually really easy. In fact, in a default installation, there isn’t even anything special you need to do, since things will already be set up for you. Which makes me feel even more inept!!!
Shouldn’t I forget about Plex and use my cloud in the usual way?
