Recommended tab on movies not working

Recommended tab on movies not working. This is stopping our PlayStation from seeing any moves in the library. Optimize DB did nothing, removing and rebuilding the Library hasn’t helped either.

Server Version#: 4.22.3 or Version 1.18.9.2578

Does it play in the Plex/web client?

It didn’t but after waking up this morning, everything seems to be working again. Hardly an issue with the update?
