Im getting the above error when going to Movies then Library. TV –> Library works fine, but Movies is erroring. Ive rescanned, cleaned trash, optimized DB, nothing seems to work.

Settings - Plex Web - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug - “Restore Defaults”
this will reset the whole Web app and its settings. Afterwards, you may have to adjust which libraries are pinned to the left sidebar again.

If that doesn’t help, you may have to repair your server database.

  1. stop your Plex server using the Plex icon in your Windows task tray, check the Windows Task Manager to ensure there are no Plex processes still running.
  2. run this .bat file: https://github.com/ChuckPa/DBRepair/tree/master/Windows
  3. restart Plex server using the regular Windows Start menu
