Record All Episodes only records one

I set up a recording for a show to record all episodes. The episodes are all listed in the recording schedule. After the DVR records the first one (or all the ones on the first day), all of the future episodes are removed from the recording schedule as if it was never set up to record.

If I go through each episode and set it to record that one episode, they stay on the schedule.

I am using Plex Server version 1.12.2.4929 and am setting up recordings using Plex Media Player for Windows (latest version).

Logs attached:

Do these episodes have episode numbers, or only a date of broadcast?

Yes, each of the episodes have Season and Episode number information from the guide data. This is also across more than one channel. I am using MCEBuddy for converting the files afterward, but not as part of the post-processing script trigger.

Do my logs shed any light on what’s going on? What else can I do to narrow down the issue?

@dwkane Could you provide some sample file names, and some logs from where the recordings disappear?

So it seems that I may have resolved this issue. I had several single episode recordings listed in the Recording Priority even those those showings were in the past. I cleared out the Recording Priority and re-created my Series recordings and it seems to keep them set now. I don’t know if it was related, but something I did has managed to correct the issue for now. Thanks for your help, though.
